The Bordello Rock ‘n’ Roll Band is an italian punk ‘n’ roll
band born, as many bands are, as a cover band
of50’s and 60’s classic songs from rock ‘n’ roll
and r ‘n’ b artists such Elvis Presley and Chuck Berry
, The Beatles and The Doors, but played more
roughly, searching for a loudy suond as The Who
taught to everyone wants to play a devastating concert
.
After some years of continuous concerts, the band started writing original songs, inspired by the already mentioned
The Who adding a lightly schizophren
ic sound took by some works by
Dead Kennedys
(Dead Kennedy’s cover of “Viva Las Vegas” has been a workhorse of the concerts by The Bordello Rock ‘n’ Roll Band
for many years, searching a powerful sound which combines refined
basslines, beaten drums, psychotic guitar solos and screaming, powerful, voices, poised beetweenLittle Richard shouts
and Robert Plant's high pitch vocals
