The Skerries - a band from Moscow, formed in 2019.

The leader of the band is Alex Kliman - vocalist and guitarist, author of music and lyrics, sound producer. Guitarist of the band - Jezz Raker is a co-author of the music and engaged in sound production and technical support. Bass guitarist and part-time photographer and cameraman of the band is Kit Chrom. The band's drummer is Sasha Man, who is also a stuntman. The band's music is a combination of old-school brit-punk of the late 70s and early 80s and sometimes New wave with electronic elements. Initially, Alex and Jezz played post-punk in their project Lieje, after which they decided to change the sound towards a drier sound and take musicians for a more realistic sound on stage. Skerries' music is influenced by bands such as Zounds, Buzzcocks, The Sound, Red Lorry Yellow Lorry, Gang of Four, The Mob, Wire and even sometimes Joy Division. Guys have already released 4 singles and now preparing an EP album. Recently released a video for the latest single - Bad Saturn. This year guys are planning a tour to Europe.
