GATO NEGRO is a mexican garage punk band, originally from G. Victoria, Ecatepec. The line-up is made up of: Pilo Pipes (drums, vocals) Gatto Inks (bass, backing vocals) and Bruno Díaz (guitar, vocals); the first two belonging to the founding lineup of the emblematic garage combo “Las Pipas de la Paz”. At the beginning of November 2020, they premiered their first single “nena no te enamores de mi” on the “Monkeybee radio” program by the heads of the “Monkeybee festival”, an annual party where world-class artists converge.
