Czar Coba is the musical outlet for Washington D.C. native Evan Keeling. Spawned from his budding interest in building guitars he felt he should learn to play them and started recording his experiments. He has deep roots in the DC punk scene and is an exhibit specialist and comic book artist for the Smithsonian Institution. You can see more of his work at etkeeling.tumblr.com
